Banking Administrator - This role is solely Analytical and Admin based - Not Telephony

Salary: 17,600 (8.75 P/H) with Quarterly Bonus potential

Hours : 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm Monday - Friday

Location : Salford, just off Regent Road

The role of the Banking Administrator:

  • Working on behalf of one of the worlds largest banks you will be working as an administrator within the Payment Protection Insurance department being responsible for the administration element covering tasks such as amendments to customer information, processing of commission complaints including logging, calculating and preparing customer refunds. Communication to customers via letters at complaint acknowledgement and calculation stage

Desired Experience of the Administrator:

  • Due to the nature of the role you must be over 18.
  • 1 years administration experience. - Preferably in a analytical/calculations role
  • Great attention to detail
  • Strong numerical skills
  • DBS will be completed
  • Credit check to be completed
