Bank Support Worker- Part Time

Salary - £10.50 an Hour

Zero Hour Contract

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Care and Support Operations team, in the role of Bank Support Worker based across Audrey Needham House & Nevil Court.

You will be delivering support to clients living in an Extra Care and Sheltered accommodation enabling them to sustain their tenancy and promoting independence, freedom and choice.

You will be required to provide Housing Management support to help people with independent living, experience within this field would be advantageous.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a working knowledge and understanding of how to support vulnerable Adults in achieving and maintaining independence. You must be organised as you will be expected to keep accurate records and follow administrative procedures. You will need to have experience working with people. There will be times where you will be expected to work alone therefore having the ability to work on your own initiative is vital to this role. Ideally you will have an understanding of Housing and benefit systems, as well as dealing with repairs and Health and Safety matters.
