Your new role
You will be working with our exclusive clients on an ad hoc basis as a residential support worker. We are looking for people who specialise in areas such as Mental Health, Learning Difficulties, Children's services, Forensic Services and Behaviour Management. You will have flexible working hours including days, nights and sleep ins. In this support worker job you will be placed only into the homes which suit your skills and experience with consistent feedback and support from your consultant.
What you'll need to succeed
As the number 1 recruiter we pride ourselves on quality, as such you will need to have recent relevant experience. We will require you to undertake MAPA training and a full enhanced DBS check. Level 2 and above is preferable however if you are experienced unqualified candidates will be considered. You will need to undergo thorough vetting and referencing checks.
