Here at Stevenage, our 86 beds across 6 wards offer male and female inpatients a comprehensive range of therapies and treatments. From diagnosis and assessment in critical care, through to a secure restorative setting, our pathways are individually tailored and professionally supported. We offer a number of specialised therapies including Fire Setting Intervention and Sex Offender Treatment Programmes, alongside diagnostic assessments for Autistic Spectrum Disorders and Personality Disorders.
Working as an active member of our dynamic MDT, you’ll provide support for our nursing staff including the admission, assessment, implementation and discharge of inpatients, with a focus on dignity and safety at all times.
You’ll bring with you a sound level of literacy and numeracy skills and have a strong, flexible mental aptitude in order to meet the demands of the role. Demonstrating the abilities, experience and skills needed to deal effectively with challenging situations, you have an active interest in developing your knowledge and skills.
