Job Summary

We have a new opportunity for a Bank Central Sterile Services Department (CSSD) Technician to join the multidisciplinary team at Emersons Green NHS Treatment Centre. Key Responsibilities

As a CSSD Technician, you will provide a high standard of decontamination and sterile services in the centre. You will work in cooperation with theatres to provide a flexible and efficient service that is responsive to the needs of patients, surgeons and the centre as a whole. In addition, you will be responsible for helping to maintain the supplies inventory.

The hourly rate for this role is £10.00. Please note that this is a zero hour contract. At Emersons Green, we offer day case and in-patient surgery across the following areas: dental surgery, ear, nose and throat procedures, endoscopy, general surgery, gynaecology, minor orthopaedic surgery, diagnostic imaging, pain management, ophthalmology, and urology. In addition we also provide diagnostic services, using the latest X-ray and ultrasound technology.
