Oaks is a hospital based in South Yorkshire that specialises for men with Psychiatric mental health. We have a multi -disciplinary programme designed to assist patients with their return to independent living.
Aspen House are female mental health rehabilitations services. Our clients flourish in our sister sites where we offer a wider range of activities and therapies to promote our clients.

Aspen Clinic is Our locked rehabilitation services provide assessment, treatment and rehabilitation for people with complex mental health needs, challenging behaviour and personality disorder.

Gledholt is a Home that supports young adults with learning disabilities. We aim to meet our Clients’ needs and promote their independence.

Woodside and Dene Brook are Hospitals that specialise with adults with learning disabilities and complex needs including mental illness as well as autism. We aim to achieve the highest standards of care as well as promoting individuals in our services.

In this role you’ll:

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all our residents
• Work in the residential area, providing guidance and encouragement to residents through physical and emotional support
• Maintain a safe, clean and enjoyable environment to live and work in
• Assist residents with their medical and welfare needs and report as required
• Safeguard residents
• Learn about individuals’ specific needs and provide help in the most appropriate way.

We're looking for people who have:

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to be a good team player
• The sensitivity and energy required to provide a trusting, stimulating and varied lifestyle for the residents
• A genuine desire to make a real difference in people’s lives
• A full driving licence preferred
