We are looking for a well-organised and conscientious band 7 haematology/ oncology pharmacist to deliver quality clinical care to work within as hospital in south East London
To provide pharmaceutical expertise and input to the care of patients. Provide a comprehensive clinical pharmacy and medicine management service to oncology patients and to ensure a consistent level of service. Provide expert advice, at a highly specialist level, on pharmaceutical matters in oncology. Participate in the procurement, preparation, dispensing and distribution of medicines.
You would be responsible for facilitating the daily running of the Pharmacy Department, providing a safe and effective medicines management service to all patients, staff, consultants and customers. Ensuring accurate and timely charging. Ensuring compliance with all appropriate regulatory, professional and best practice frameworks.
Pharmacy Technician Requirements:
* Ensure that new medicines are safe to use with other medication
* Provide information to patients on how get the maximum benefit from the medicines they are prescribed
* Start Date - ASAP
* CRB/DBS dated within a year
