Job Title: Band 6 Physiotherapist (MS Outpatients) - Locum

Location: Dorset

Contract Type: Temporary

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Band 6 Physiotherapist in Dorset. This is a locum position with a focus on Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Outpatient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with Multiple Sclerosis in an outpatient setting.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating a range of physiotherapy techniques.
  • Provide expert advice and support to patients, promoting self-management and independence.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for patients.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Proven experience in MS outpatient care and neurology rehabilitation.
  • Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Duration:

This is a temporary locum position with the potential for extension.
