We are looking for an experienced Band 6 Locum Physiotherapist to join a community stroke rehabilitation team in Bristol. The role involves providing assessment and rehabilitation for individuals recovering from a stroke in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored rehabilitation plans
- Provide specialist stroke rehabilitation interventions in a community setting
- Work closely with patients, families, and the wider multidisciplinary team to support recovery
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
Requirements:
- Must be a car driver with access to a vehicle
