TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting for a Band 6 CT Specialist Radiographer required by TTM Healthcare on behalf of an acute general hospital based in Dorset, on the South coast of England.   

The busy CT department in this hospital undertakes a full range of routine CT scanning procedures, plus a range of advanced techniques including large and small bowel studies and Cardiac CT and houses a Siemens Somaton 16 slice scanner and 64 slice GE scanner. 

You will be working autonomously to carry out imaging and special procedures in CT imaging, delivering high quality care to the patient whilst producing optimum diagnostic images.  You will also be providing guidance and support to junior members of staff.  Some rotation to general Radiography may be required and flexibility with working hours is essential, as you will be required to take part in the 24 hour shift system for CT. 

This is a permanent, full time role with an excellent salary offered of up to £35,577, depending on experience. 

This role is offering working days over 4 days per week. Also great training development in Cardiac. And also Post Graduate Programs. Enhanced Rates of pay for working Overtime.

Key Requirements:

BSC in Radiography or equivalent
Full HCPC registration
Minimum 1 year post graduate experience in CT or Experienced Band 5 with a desire for CT Training
Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
Excellent communication and empathy skills.
