The pay rate for this locum Band 6 Continuing Healthcare Nurse Assessor job is £30.00 per hour (Umbrella) and is initially a 6 month contract with potential for extension.
This role will require you to be responsible for facilitating and co-ordinating NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC) multi-disciplinary health needs assessments (HNA's) and reviews in line with the National Framework and guidance for individuals with learning disabilities and/or Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC).

Requirements of the Band 6 Continuing Healthcare Nurse Assessor role:
- You must have working knowledge of the Continuing Health Care Guidance
- You must be a Registered Nurse (RMN. RGN or RNLD) with a current NMC pin
- You must have working knowledge of Adult Safeguarding and Child Protection legislation.
