We’re currently looking for an Administration Assistant to join the centralised team at Bridge Park Plaza.
- 1 Full Time, 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
You’ll be joining a team who provide an administration service for health visitors.
The team is currently a diverse team of 9 who have a range of experience so you’ll be in good hands when it comes to support. The role reports into the Team Leader who will be your line manager and will give you ongoing support with regular supervisions.
The role will involve:
- Booking appointments within time frames
- Scanning documents onto patient records
- Sending messages to health visitors
- Making, receiving telephone calls and taking messages
- Working as a team and prioritising workload
Full time staff will be required to work 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday. You will be working 7.5 hour shifts, 5 days a week.
