* Qualified or experience baker of a minimum of 2 years
* Experience in a commercial craft bakery and be able to demonstrate strong hand moulding and presentation skills, and have a passion for baking in a team environment
* Willingness to work overtime and/or shifts when as required.
* Ability to work as part of team but also independently.
