Are you passionate about preparing tasty dishes using seasonal and local produce? Would you like to escape working late nights and split shifts? We're looking for a Baker/Cook to join our team at Osterley Park.
The Hours: This is a full-time position. Working an average 37.5 hours per week, which will be spread across the week. Working 5 days over 7. In this role you will start between 8am and 9am and finish between 4pm and 5pm. You will receive 1 weekend off in 4 and at Osterley we try to ensure that you work either the Saturday or the Sunday rather than both, subject to occasional holiday cover. (No Evenings & No Split Shifts)
The Salary: £20,765 per annum (Including London Weighting)

Interview: Telephone Interviews will take place for this vacancy from the 25th February 2020 followed by a face to face interview on the 2nd March 2020. Please note that the face to face interview will also consist of a practical interview where you will be asked to prepare a tasty dish of our choosing and yours. With your passion for food and your appetite to provide an exceptional service to your customers, you’ll work with the National Trust Cookbook framework to prepare delicious food. Working with local produce you'll always be looking for ways to minimise waste and control costs and resources. With your attention to detail you’ll ensure each dish is fresh, tasty and beautifully presented every time.
As a key member of our busy Food & Beverage team, you’ll make sure the team is working effectively to deliver great results. You may also be required, on occasions to supervise volunteers.
You’ll help the Food & Beverage team ensure our kitchens are presented to the highest standard and are compliant with all relevant legislation around food hygiene and COSHH.Who we're looking for
