We are currently recruiting on behalf of our busy client for a B2B Telesales Executive. We are looking for friendly, self motivated, driven individual to join the team.
This is a Monday to Friday position starting from 8.30am - 5:00pm.
Meets National Minimum Wage + 10% Commission on closed deals.
28 days holiday (Including Christmas and bank holidays)
The job role of the telemarketing executive is to work within the sales team with the responsibility of lead generation. Making appointments for the company from new businesses. Meeting achievable monthly appointment targets.
The key responsibilities for this role:
* Making outbound calls and engaging new and existing customers
* Contacting lapsed clients to engage in a "fact finding" conversation
* Calling a wide range of companies to book meetings
* Gain information in regards to stakeholders, decision makers, spending levels etc
* Proactive lead generation
The ideal candidate must have an excellent communication and listening skills, have confidence using the computer and telephone.
Able to create and hold telephone conversations with potential clients. A high level of written and verbal communication.
This role would be suited for an individual who has a desire to develop and benefit from a rewarding career.
On going training and support will be provided for the right candidate
