B2B Telesales Consultant (Telecoms)
£18,000 with an achievable first year OTE of £25,000 (uncapped)
We are looking to recruit a proven B2B Telesales Consultant for our client in North Lanarkshire who are looking to add to their successful and established internal sales team. Previous telesales experience within Telecoms, IT or other technology solutions would be highly desirable, but we are also keen to consider the applications of proven B2B Outbound Telesales Consultants with backgrounds in other areas. People also with experience in lead generation and appointment setting would also be of interest for another currently available role within the company.
Applicants must have a proven outbound new business telesales background and be looking for a long-term opportunity with a continually growing business who supply industry leading products and services that are essential to all businesses. You must be a highly target driven individual, a solution led sales person who does not always rely on price to sell, and someone who is very enthusiastic and new business focussed.
Your core responsibilities would include:
- Making outbound sales calls to new potential business clients
- Developing ongoing, long term and profitable relationships with your client base
- Achieving sales targets & other KPI`s
- Selling and promoting the full range of portfolio products whenever possible.
- Occasionally arranging further discussions to be held face-to-face - by your field sales colleagues or by yourself if desired - if sales can’t be fully concluded over the phone, possibly due to high order value.
We are looking for someone who is very sales and target driven and is used to making a high volume of outbound sales calls, is successful at speaking with decision makers at the highest level within a target business and who has fantastic rapport building and listening skills. Along with your starting basic salary of £18,000 you will of course also be able to earn additional bonus on top of this, with an OTE of around £25,000 - £30,000 (uncapped) also achievable. The working hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, with some flexibility of an hour allowed either way (i.e. 8am - 4pm, 10am - 6pm) providing that you can achieve the same quality of work in this time.
