The role: Internal Telesales / Appointment Setting / Lead Generation
- Introducing products and services via outbound calling to prospective customers.
- Making appointments for the external sales team
- Taking full advantage of any inbound enquiries in an effective & professional manner.
- Delivering a first-class customer experience
- Effectively manage diary and pipeline prospects
- Experience in outbound telesales or Lead Generation or Appintment Setting for Field Sales Colleagues.
- A positive personality and attitude.
- Ability to build rapport with people over the telephone.
- Ability to work within a team and independently.
- Ability to listen, digest information and respond accordingly.
£18,000 basic, OTE £30,000 Uncapped
