Job Title: B2B Telemarketing / Lead Generator - ERP/Accounting Software

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: £18k-£22k OTE £26k uncapped

Location: Handforth, Greater Manchester

Due to continued growth and success, my client is seeking an experienced B2B Telemarketer / Lead Generator to help support and generate new business opportunities based around our ERP offerings (SAP Business One & Sage X3).

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established IT organisation boasting consistent year on year growth. This position has become available after an internal promotion.

The main purpose is to make outbound phone calls to prospective Managing Directors/Finance Directors/IT Directors who could be interested in these ERP Technology Solutions.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Making outgoing calls to identify new business opportunities and book first meetings
  • Identify pain points and potential areas where SAP Business One or Sage X3 can add value
  • Send out follow up emails and relevant collateral as needed
  • Manage your own set of accounts to nurture from first call through to first meeting booked
  • Work to targets of daily calls (100+) and weekly qualified meetings booked (1+ per week)
  • Update and maintain a CRM system
  • Working closely with the sales team and providing support where required
  • Maintain awareness and understanding of our wider products and services
  • Work as part of a small team however managing your own nurtures pipeline
  • Provide reports on activity and progress to the Marketing Manager

Knowledge, Experience & Skills

  • At least 2 years B2B Telemarketing / Lead Generation experience
  • ERP/Accounting Software experience (advantageous)
  • Experience in talking to Managing Directors/Finance Directors/IT Directors (advantageous)
  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Must be motivated, enthusiastic and driven to exceed targets
  • Ability to manage/prioritise own calling data via a CRM system
  • Confident in use of MS Office applications
  • Attention to detail

The role is based from their offices in Handforth, Great Manchester.
