Having been established for well over 35 years, consistent growth means they now have 3 offices throughout Herts and Beds, and a well established, hard working team. Their staff turnover is minimal with team members staying for many years as they believe their staff are their greatest asset. They can offer some working time flexibility for the right candidates within office hours, and the opportunity to learn the industry inside out without having the long commute to London!
With 20 publications and 35 websites, they now have advertising solutions for businesses throughout the UK, and their ethos is to provide targeted, low cost promotion to companies small and large. They do this with a personal touch and can boast very high rates of repeat custom.
Salary: £17-24k depending on experience + comms
- Good basic plus uncapped commission

The B2B Sales role:
- Sourcing leads and creating sales opportunities both online and in magazine media across a range of successful media options from motoring and leisure magazines to well-focussed niche websites
- Working hard to achieve set and measurable targets, growing client bases across media and working to promote their advertising solutions across a range of industries.
The B2B Sales candidates:
You should have some sales or customer service experience, although they will train you to City levels of advertising sales and provide your step into the digital and traditional advertising industry.
Excellent communication skills are a must, as you will be representing their publications and websites to a wide variety of customers, meaning a good, clear speaking voice and articulate conversation skills are essential.
Successful sales people need a great deal of confidence – the customer will buy into your personality as much as their product, so enthusiasm and self-belief are important to this B2B Sales role.
