B2B Sales Executives required for this long established, thriving multi-media company based in Luton. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident, experienced sales person, or a self-starter looking to step into a sales / media role with excellent training and the opportunity to learn the industry inside out.

Previous sales experience is not essential to become one of our client's B2B Sales Executives – they can help you reach your full potential with their training and mentoring pathway – what you need is drive, ambition and positivity!

After 36 years in the business, the company is well established in the traditional and digital marketing industry, with an evolving approach to understanding digital and good, strong magazine publishing. They have 3 sales offices in Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire. Their success depends on their long serving, hard-working teams, with most staying long term – this role will offer excellent job security and a welcoming, nurturing environment. They work with small businesses, and retain a small business ethos, meaning they can offer flexible working hours and the opportunity to progress up their sales ladder without a hefty London commute.

The Role:

The focus of the B2B Sales Executives is to drive new business growth, sourcing and converting leads in a fast paced environment. With achievable targets and a friendly, positive team, the role involves lots of telephone work, some basic computer skills and bags of confidence. A good clear speaking voice and concise, articulate approach are vital, as is a great team spirit and the tenacity to succeed.

- A good basic of £17-24k (dependent on experience) + achievable targets and uncapped commission.

- 28 days holiday rising to 32 with long service
