B2B - Internal Telesales & Customer Service

We are excited to offer an opportunity for an Internal Telesales / Customer Service candidate to join a friendly and dynamic team in Watford. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for customer service and proven experience in internal telesales, upselling and B2B,this experience is crucial to the role.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Handle inbound customer inquiries
• Conduct outbound calls to existing customers to explore cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Generate new sales leads and work towards achieving KPIs.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships.
• Develop a thorough knowledge of products and pricing.
• Manage sample requests via CRM, preparing 10–20 daily sampling requests.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer support and B2B sales.
• Strong phone communication and listening skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and work under pressure.
• Proven success in meeting sales targets and resolving customer complaints.
• Experience in Food-to-Go or Distribution sectors is desirable but not essential.
