Location: Reigate, Flexible location considered but regular travel to Reigate required

OVERVIEW

As the B2B Marketing Manager you will be responsible for developing and delivering the business results in the Facilities Management and Contract Cleaners Focus Segment. You will work closely with the Sales Leader and sales team responsible for this segment to ensure that we are able to deliver what the customer needs. You will also be responsible for leading the execution of the Customer Retention plan which has been designed to improve retention and loyalty.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Execution of the Annual Business Plan for the Facilities Management and Contract Cleaners Focus Segment, including executing marketing programme designed to support growth in this key segment.
  • Executing email, PR and event-based marketing plans, including production of some creative materials within programme and brand guidelines.
  • Salesforce customer touch programmes designed to deliver retention and new business results
  • Working on bespoke execution with key customers
  • Building capability of KCP sales organization and Channel sales reps and Facilities Managers
  • Regular tracking of results vs targets to check and adjust plans
  • Lead commercialization of NPD in Health and Wellness categories – in particular toilet tissue innovation recently launched.
  • Regular tracking against key metrics to check and adjust plans
  • Support with any additional marketing materials or initiatives required to drive results to target
  • Lead execution of the Customer Retention plan
  • Track status and retention activities against top 50 customers
  • Build, execute and track an automated touch-programme through Salesforce to improve retention of customers and support channels to use data to protect business.
  • Build, execute and track a plan to support cross-sell of categories
  • Build and execute a plan to conduct entry and exit interviews to improve customer experience insight
  • Spend time with the sales team to identify needs
  • Attend exhibitions
  • Face to face meetings with customers to develop bespoke marketing activities
  • Feed business and customer insight into, and support the building of Strategic Business Plan.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Experience of managing the marketing of branded goods in a B2B business ideally consumable goods (essential)
  • Experience of marketing within the Facilities Management (FM) Sector (desirable)
  • Experience of using Salesforce (desirable)
  • Experience working with the sales team to ensure the development of bespoke marketing activities
  • Comfortable working autonomously
  • Strong communicator
  • The right or ability to obtain the right to work in the UK. This role is available for local candidates already authorised to work in the roles country only. Kimberly-Clark will not provide relocation for this role.
