B2B Inside Sales Representative - German Speaking

Our Client is looking for enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and driven Inside Sales Representatives to join and support their team of experienced managers.


Role:

  • Working from home - but required to commute to the Reading office twice a week, and three days working from home.
  • Making inbound and outbound calls to generate leads
  • Contacting mid-senior level professionals with expertise and professionalism
  • Present and articulate the value proposition to prospects and partners
  • Achieve or exceed monthly individual KPIs and metrics
  • Be proactive and work on your own initiative
  • Build working relationships and trust with account executives to reach common goals


Hours and pay:

  • Full time hours
  • Monday to Thursday: 8.45am-5.30pm; Friday: 8.45am-4.15pm
  • £33,000 + target based bonus

Essential experience:

  • Fluent in German (native level)
  • Proven work experience in B2B Telemarketing or a target-driven Sales environment - preferably outbound
  • Good working knowledge of technology products - demonstrated ability to understand technology solutions and communicate the benefits to our clients
  • Have experience of working with CRM and telephony systems
  • Salesforce experience


Skills:

  • Ability to work to the highest standard in terms of KPI, behaviours and attendance
  • Strong prospecting skills and the confidence to make cold calls, ask for referrals and seek new leads
  • Demonstrable success with creating and growing net new sales pipeline
  • Be able to motivate yourself and manage call data effectively, nurture prospects and maintain your calendar for follow-up calls
  • Display initiative when handling objections
  • Have a flexible approach to be able to work under pressure both on an individual level and as part of a team when required
  • Be a fast learner, grasping industry knowledge quickly and effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
