Role of the AVP Reward Specialist in London:
Own, update and ensure the accuracy of complex compensation data spread sheets.
Provide all compensation data and analytics, researching and responding to questions from managers and employees regarding reward management reporting and related issues.
Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including HR Business Partners, the Payroll team, the Finance team, and HR, and maintain supportive relationships in all departments in order to offer and receive assistance where necessary.
Offer specialist support with a multitude of reward activities, including the annual compensation cycle and creating salary benchmarks.
Provide support and assist the Head of Reward with a range of day to day reward initiatives, including helping to develop innovative and effective reward solutions.
Develop and maintain the web based compensation tool with McLagan market benchmarking data. Ensure McLagan job matches are accurate.
Recommend reward solutions that are competitive and cost effective.
Support the effective implementation of reward solutions and new project initiatives.
Experience required for the AVP Reward Specialist:
Experience in reward, inclusive:
Owning and managing complex reward data spread sheets
Market benchmarking (ideally experience with McLagan)
Annual compensation review process
Financial Services reward related regulation (incl. CRD IV) preferred but not a prerequisite
Interacting with and assisting the business with reward related queries
Designing reward presentations appropriate for key stakeholders
