TechPro are growing and opportunities to join our team are now available. We are seeking professional and experienced technical Project Managers to join us and become a key part of our vibrant, customer focused team.

The Position

The Project Manager is a key, client facing role, responsible for leading and managing the delivery of our AV & technical support services to meet our client’s event requirements.

The Project Manager will be meeting with clients to obtain the initial brief, expertly advising on technical requirements and providing the client with most impactful and well qualified AV and staging solutions. They will effectively collaborate with internal teams and manage multi-skilled crew onsite.

The Project Manager role at TechPro is demanding, exciting, and rewarding, where regularly meeting and exceeding our client’s high expectations and demands is achieved with aplomb.

Responsibilities Include:

·Attending client meetings

·Taking the client’s brief

·Technical site visits & recce reports

·Production of 2D AutoCAD plans

·Specification of AV, Lighting and staging equipment

·Collaboration with internal and onsite teams

·Leadership and management of onsite teams

·Resourcing any gaps in the supply chain

·Budget responsibility

·Post event analysis

·H&S Compliance

The candidate

The successful candidate will have an excellent track record working as a technical Project Manager in the live events industry, you must possess extensive industry experience and be well rounded in all technical aspects of live events.

You will be an approachable team leader and an exceptional communicator, being able to converse effectively across all levels, equally confident in the boardroom as you are onsite. With natural composure you will exert calm authority in your role.

With the critical ability to think and act decisively, you will possess good judgment and be confident when making high level decisions with autonomy.

You will be naturally motivated, professional, and highly organised, client focused with a critical eye for detail
