Luxury Car Specialist
My client is looking for a qualified Technician to run their busy workshop team. You will be a hands-on Workshop Controller, tasked with managing the day to day operations as required, and reporting to the company Director. The successful applicant will have experience managing a team in the position of Workshop Controller. You will be partly hands on, with the remainder of your day involved in other areas of the role. You will need to be proficient in the areas of allocating work, defining job times, managing Technicians, not to mention great customer service skills for dealing with clients. - Undertake Light Vehicle repair and servicing as required
- Adhere to company guidelines and schedules
- Manage the existing team and increase productivity
- Be Responsible to management
- NVQ 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years post qualification experience
- Management/Workshop Control experience
Salary and Benefits
- Salary £35k
- Straight Day Shifts 830-5, 1 Saturday in 4 830-1230
