Richard Abson Group are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join a Prestige Dealership in Aylesbury. If you are you a confident, energetic and well organised person, able to thrive in a challenging environment and are constantly striving to achieve your goals, then we are interested in speaking with you.
Being one of the largest privately owned retailers in this area, our client aims to deliver a premium service at all times. You will be responsible for answering telephone calls from the Service and Parts customers providing solutions that meet their needs, providing cost estimates for any chargeable work, making computerised bookings and other general administration duties.
You will be a bright professional who has the ability to plan ahead and maintain good levels of communication with other team members and customers alike. You will also ensure that the business potential is maximised and exceed the expectations of customers. A full driving licence is essential for this role.
You will receive industry leading training and will include ongoing new model technology and customer service courses at the Group Training Academy which is complimented by excellent earning potential.
