Basic Salary - between £35000 - with a 7K OTE, 26 Days Holiday, Bank Holidays, Private Health Care, Pension and a Brand New Company Vehicle .

Working closely with the industry’s leading manufacturers and dealerships they develop fresh and exciting bespoke products to meet the demands of the market.
The role itself is for a Programme Manager, covering the South West with a focus towards to driving business within the Citroen and Peugeot Dealerships. In this role you will manage and deal directly with the manufacture, with an addition of 30+ used car dealerships across the Devon, Cornwall, Somerset and Bristol area. It is a hands on hybrid role dealing with international performance at board level, playing a key role in developing short to medium term strategies but also managing the key aspects of the strategic relationship of the business. The role is a Monday to Friday role which would see you in the field 4 days of the week and in the regional office or home based for the remanding day of the week. They are looking for a professional, personable and motivated individual to increase sales within this key account and drive the activity as you strive to provide excellent customer service and ensure the dealerships are trading both effectively and efficiently
The package is highly competitive with a base salary of £35,000, with an additional £7,000 OTE, other benefits such as company car, pension, private healthcare, childcare vouchers and 25 holidays.
