My client is at the forefront of software technology and are considered a leader in their field of work. Their integrated multi-platform license management and inventory products help organisations optimise their software.
As a core member of the Presales team you will be highly motivated to develop your career in the IT sales sector. You will be working with potential clients and customers consulting on any technical requirements and questions for their piece of mind before beginning the projects.
This job will require you to understand the automation tools, the technology, how to use Salesforce to determine relationships and being a reliable mentor. You will also be expected to be able to think on your feet and provide solutions at times in a pressured environment for customers.
As the Automation Presales Consultant the ideal candidate will have:
• Have experience in automation or SAM (Software Asset Management)
• A strong understanding of solution selling
• Confident when presenting in front of customers
• Knowledge of ITIL
• Solid experience with technical development or presales
