Automated Test Analyst - C# - Setting Up Automation Frameworks From Scratch - £55k

Avanti Recruitment is working with a successful Software house inthe Hemel Hempsteadarea to recruit an experienced Software Tester with Automation Testing experience to join their team. You will work alongside their well-established software development team working on web based applications building in C# / .NET framework. They are looking for someone who can help them to set up automation testing from scratch and this will include advising on the automation test tools they should be using, the approach they take and the problems they are likely to face. They don’t mind which Automation tools you have used previously as long as you have extensive experience of Automation Testing and have experience setting up a new automation framework from the ground up.

To be considered you will have proven experience as an Automation Tester setting up and using automated testing frameworks for C# / .NET web based applications. They don’t mind whether you have used Selenium, CodedUI, VSTS or other similar automation tools. It is likely you will have experience of Agile processes, TDD / BDD and a Continuous Integration as this is a process they will be adopting in the near future. Programming experience in C#/ASAP.NET, MVC would be beneficial but not essential. You will be the first hire on their Automation Test team so whilst you will work with the Software Developer you must be confident as the only Automation Testing specialist in the organisation until they grow the team in future.

They are not looking for Automation Testers who have only worked with Java applications.
