The school cater to young people with autism and learning difficulties. The students, aged 4-18, enrolled at the school perform better with consistent guidance and support, which is where YOU will come in! The position of Autism Specialist Assistant is a full-time role, assisting students on a 1-1 basis. The successful Autism Specialist Assistant will be vital when encouraging students to reach their full potential. This will include keeping them engaged with their tasks, encourage independency and confidence, implementing self-regulation tecniques and identifying areas of improvement.
