SEN Teaching Assistant – Ealing

£95–£110 per day (DOE) | Weekly Pay | Immediate Start

Do you have a background in psychology or experience supporting children with autism? Are you looking for a role where your insight and empathy can make a real difference?

A specialist setting in Chiswick is seeking a committed SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils on the autistic spectrum across Key Stages 2 to 4. You’ll be joining a warm, well-organised team with a senior leadership group that genuinely values and invests in its staff.

Your role will include:

  • Providing consistent support to pupils with autism in 1:1 and small group settings
  • Assisting with lesson delivery, sensory regulation, and engagement strategies
  • Promoting independence, emotional wellbeing, and positive behaviour
  • Collaborating with staff to track progress and adapt support plans

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience working with SEN, particularly autism, is highly desirable
  • Psychology degree or relevant training is a strong advantage
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
  • Calm, proactive, and ready to start ASAP
