Role Responsibilities:
  • Conducting audit assignments from planning through to completion for a diverse portfolio of clients
  • Preparing financial statements in compliance with UK GAAP and IFRS
  • Managing client relationships and acting as the primary contact during audit engagements
  • Supervising and mentoring junior audit staff, reviewing their work, and providing guidance
  • Ensuring audit work is completed within budget and to the highest quality standards
  • Liaising with clients to gather information and address audit queries
  • Contributing to the firm’s ongoing development by identifying opportunities for business growth

Candidate Requirements:
  • ACA/ACCA qualified or part-qualified with a strong background in UK practice
  • Previous experience in audit assignments, with the ability to lead from planning to completion
  • Proficient in preparing financial statements under UK GAAP and IFRS
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Detail-oriented and organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • A team player who enjoys mentoring and developing junior staff
