Does your current firm offer a great social calendar, a collaborative work culture, regular contact with senior management and unlimited opportunities for personal and professional development? My client does, so maybe it's time to consider a change…
This audit role offers a great deal of autonomy and exposure to clients across a wide variety of industries. You'll be working closely with senior management and acting as a trusted advisor to your portfolio. You'll also play a key role in mentoring and developing junior team members to fulfill their potential.
The kind of people who work here are constantly looking for better ways of doing things, challenging themselves and others around them, working well with others, and achieving great results. Though you'll clearly be an experienced accounting professional, you'll have the broader commercial acumen to understand business objectives, and you'll be able to communicate your ideas to professionals across a broad range of disciplines.
You're likely to be degree educated, and to have completed or be in the latter stages of completing ACA or ACCA, though I'm also keen to speak to strong audit professionals who don't necessarily fit this mould. CPD and study support is on offer, along with an extremely competitive salary and benefits package and flexible working practices where appropriate to fit with your lifestyle.
