Audit Senior - Oxford

Our Client, a leading international firm of Chartered Accountants are looking for an Audit Senior to join their growing team.

You will be responsible for carrying out audits for a diverse range of clients including both large corporates and small and medium-sized businesses in various sectors, such as Private Equity and AIM listed companies and in the Technology sector. You will also deal with some subsidiaries of overseas businesses and some Owner Managed Businesses.

Other duties will involve leading and overseeing the audit team, ensuring all aspects of audit work are completed within the required deadlines. You will also review the work of junior staff and provide the necessary training and on-site support.

The role will also require you to visit clients at their premises, so you will need to have access to your own transport.

Ideally you will hold a professional qualification such as ACA/ACCA and have at least 3 years audit experience within practice.

You will also possess a good understanding of audit software and have excellent communication skills, as well as strong technical ability.
