Job Purpose- Manage and lead audit engagements from planning to completion, including monitoring all commercial aspects of portfolio management
- Oversee a diverse portfolio of clients, acting as their go-to contact to handle any queries
- Coordinate junior team members, including managing workflow, reviewing work, and identifying training opportunities
- Review audit work, financial statements and supporting documentations to ensure the highest standard of accuracy and completeness
- Build professional relationships and adopt a proactive approach to problem solving
- Support business development for the firm, identifying new service lines for your portfolio
- Assist with the pitch and tender process for new work, preparing associated documents
- Work closely with Partners to ensure expectations, deadlines, and budgets are met
- Identify and implement processes to improve the efficiency of the audit function

- Significant experience managing a portfolio in UK practice
- Previous supervisory experience with good people management skills
- Strong working knowledge of audit software, such as Caseware
- Confident using the Microsoft Office suite
- Good time management and a positive, can-do attitude when working under pressure
- A team player who is eager to support the wider team
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbally
