Robert Walters are hiring for an Audit Investigations Manager for a leading membership body.
This is a in-house role outside of practice; The role is based in Milton Keynes with 2 days working from home and 9am-5.15pm hours.
The role comes with a salary of circa £65k + family cover healthcare and 9% pension contributions.
The Audit Investigations Manager is responsible for conducting investigations into audit work carried out by members of this organsiations.
This involves speaking to the member and the clients, getting an idea of the situation, analysing the work that was carried out - Then you will write a report summarizing the work with an assessment of whether there was any breach of ethical standards, technical regulation or codes of conduct.
As such this is a fairly unique role, one that allows you to use your audit experience but without timesheets, without long hours and without the need to sell and all the other issues that audit professional have to face in a practice environment.
Perhaps the best part of the role is the work / life balance that the role offers - Its a true 9am-5.15pm role with no late hours ever, and also offering the ability to work from home 2 days per week
