Audit Semi Senior

Public Practice recruitment specialists Clark Wood are currently recruiting on behalf of a well renowned and market leading firm of chartered accountants who are now looking to recruit an Audit Semi Senior to join their Ipswich office.
This is a great opportunity to work as part of a successful team where you will assist with the completion of audit assignments on businesses of varying sizes from established limited companies to large group structured entities and international businesses.
The ideal candidate may be ACA / ACCA Part Qualified or AAT Qualified and will have experience of undertaking an audit focused role.
The successful candidate will be rewarded with a highly competitive salary as well as study support to complete the ACA / ACCA qualification.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of the audit plan and ensures it appropriately addresses audit objectives
Preparation of company accounts and corporation tax returns
Take an active part in the audit planning and fraud discussion to identify audit risks and appropriate audit strategy
Oversee all aspects of audit fieldwork and completion
Ensure planned audit work is appropriately completed to satisfy audit objectives
Part Qualified ACA / ACCA or AAT Qualified
Experience in working with Owner Managed Business
Experience of assisting on audit assignments
