The role will involve:
Leading, managing, developing and coaching an effective audit/accounts team
Monitor and control the audit/accounts team – review the teams work, ensuring quality in compliance with professional standards
Oversea and control completion of audit assignments including assessing controls, systems and planning
Work alongside HR, IT and Marketing to evaluate and improve working processes
Work closely with the Manager/Partner in the planning and conduct of audit/accounts assignments discussing findings, emerging risks and actions to address identified risks
This opportunity requires a highly capable, fully qualified individual with strong audit experience. It would suit a newly qualified individual, with strong practice experience, predominantly in audit looking for their first step into management.
