Our client, a progressive Top 20 accountancy firm, is looking to recruit a new Audit and Accounts Manager to join its expanding team. You will be tasked with managing a portfolio of clients with the aim of winning business in order to maximise the fee income of the portfolio. Client sectors include academies, education and commercial. You will be supervising the work of Audit & Accounts staff as well as clients themselves and members of the admin team. Reporting directly to the Partner you will be tasked with keeping them informed of client matters, how jobs are progressing and proposed strategies.
You will have the opportunity to work as an Audit Manager for a Top 20 firm that will give you an enjoyable job role and the potential for progression in an environment that you will want to remain in for the long term.
The successful candidate will:
- Be ACA/ACCA qualified with a Practice background
- Have proven portfolio management experience (preferably with a fee income in excess of £300k)
- Have at least three years 18 months management experience in Practice
