My client, a well-established Accountancy Practice based in Liverpool are currently recruiting for an Audit & Accounts Manager. The responsibilities of the role will depend on the level of the candidate and will involve leading a team on client audits, managing junior staff, providing accounting services & advice to clients, running the existing department, managing client relationships and being involved in commercial decision making for the practice alongside the partners.
The ideal candidate will be ACCA/ACA qualified with several years’ post qualification experience in either a pure audit role or a general practice role that also includes some audit experience. Previous experience on Xero & Sage software will also be an advantage, but not essential.
