The ideal candidate will have previous proven experience in a similar role
The main function of this role is to support the secretaries.
*To type clinic memory cards in chronological order
*To ensure any dictation given priority by the business manager are typed accordingly.
*To ensure letters are typed on the appropriate headed paper, or on the correct templates.
*Track all notes back to the appropriate secretaries
*Return notes to the office immediately after tracking
