Working in the busy surgical departments you will join a team of staff dedicated to provide a high standard of care. Although working as part of a team you will also need to work using your own initiative and without supervision. This role is interesting and challenging as much of the work is urgent. Timely completion of work plays an important part in the patient's pathway ensuring that other health care professionals are fully aware of the patient's treatment and condition. You will provide a comprehensive typing and administrative service to all Medical Consultants and Junior Medical staff. You should have proficient use of Microsoft Word and good keyboard skills.
