We are recruiting an Audio Typist to join our thriving Wirral based client who is looking for the successful candidate to work 37.5 hours a week between 8am - 6pm Monday - Friday. This is a permanent position to join a friendly team and thriving business.

The Role

As part of an Administration Team, working out of our Head Office, you will provide full secretarial/administration support to our head office and national team.

The role includes audio typing of reports, letters and emails, providing administrative support to two teams, dealing with telephone queries, and maintaining both paper and database files.

You will be:

Be an exceptional all round Secretary/Administrator, with an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook

Be an experienced audio typist who enjoys volume typing with a minimum speed of 80 wpm

Have an excellent telephone manner, with good interpersonal skills and be able to communicate at all levels

Be a team player who is able to adapt to a new environment

Have the ability to prioritise work and meet tight deadlines in a busy working environment

Be well organised and able to work on your own initiative to ensure goals are met

This position would ideally suit an individual who thrives in a busy environment, is self-motivated, organised and accustomed to working to deadlines.
