Audio Typist/Admin Assistant

We require an enthusiastic individual to work within busy City Centre Law Accountants. Candidates must have good communication skills, be flexible and have a reliable and hard-working attitude. Legal experience is highly desirable, however full training will be provided if required. The Candidate must have excellent typing skills, accuracy and speed being essential. Proficiency in MS Office, as well as excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills and a proven track-record of working autonomously and on your own initiative, are essential.

General office duties including reception, answering the telephone, filing etc. will also be required.

Working hours are full-time between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. with one hour lunch break.

Duties Include: -

·Typing Accounts.

·Preparing Invoices.

·Writing and dispatching letters.

·Maintaining records, filing systems and computer files.

·Answering general queries by telephone, post, email or in person.

·Diary and email management.

·Photocopying documents.

·General duties as required.
