Our client, a prestigious manufacturing company based in Norwich, is looking for an Audio Administrator to provide direct support to the team.
Example of duties:-
- Prepare correspondence and documents through audio typing, copy typing and word processing
- To make appointments, arrange meetings and to maintain an up to date diary for both the team and partners
- Daily filing in accordance with company procedures
- General office administration and reception cover
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and administration skills along with the ability to prioritise your daily workload. You will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and will be a strong decision maker.
The successful candidate will ideally have working knowledge of office IT products, including MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
