Audi City, a site dedicated solely to vehicle sales uses an innovative new showroom format that has never been seen before to make clever use of precious city space. Visitors can now experience every possible combination of the Audi range and view them all in realistic 1:1 scale. Audi City will be a one-stop-shop to experience the Audi brand.

Role Overview

To work as part of a team of experiential staff in the delivery of the Audi brand experience within a bespoke built London retail environment. To build awareness, understand and interest in the Audi product to cultivate the opportunity for purchase referral to the in house sales team.

Role Expectations

To deliver a premium brand experience at all times and be a Brand Advocate

To work as part of a team in a busy location to deliver world class service to all guests and customers

To assist colleagues in their job functions in order to offer high customer service levels

To liaise with customers and internal resources professionally, efficiently and on time, building solid and respectful relationships

To greet guests, understand the reasons for their visit and then deliver an exceptional standard of tailored service

To use the technology provided to offer the guests an inspiring Audi experience from start to finish, complementing the technology with exceptional personal service and enthusiasm

To help guests configure an Audi vehicle, discussing their requirements and relating these to the options available, and then enabling the guest to either retain the configuration at home using the technology, invite the guest to sales area to explore their Audi further, or if more appropriate, pass on the configuration with the guests agreement to their choice of another Audi Centre

To proactively use the customer information capture procedures and systems which have been designed to ensure effective contact and follow-up with customers - both within the Piccadilly site and via a different Audi Centre nationally or internationally as required

To work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless experience for the customer

To support the sales team in taking an active role in the vehicle handover process

To offer an exemplary experience for all visits and tours, demonstrating a leading edge in customer service through detailed planning, staffing and showroom hospitality

To demonstrate an open minded approach to taking on additional responsibilities that will further enhance the offering at Audi City London and the end customer experience

To attend regular internal team meetings to ensure you are fully aware of roles and responsibilities and are performing and delivering as per the role requirement

To continually communicate with the Audi Specialist Team Lead through regular meetings and performance reviews

To escalate any emerging customer issues to the Audi Specialist Team Lead

To ensure the entire showroom area and displays are maintained to impeccable standards at all times and are both brand and health & safety compliant

To understand the role and how it fits as part of the national and global Audi team to deliver the objectives of sales and customer delight

To present self in a manner appropriate to the brand and job role in the uniform provided

To take ownership of and responsibility for the customer relationship, providing continuity and quality of service throughout

  • Ideally be London based or be able to relocate by role start date to within c.1 hour’s commute of Mayfair
  • Positive mental attitude, resilience and patience
  • Premium background and a proven track record in customer care is preferable
  • Must be an enthusiastic Brand Advocate at all times and display the Audi brand values - Passionate, Human/Fair, Responsible, Driven and Spirited.

  • Supports colleagues in the delivery of own and company objectives with understanding of prioritisation of individual tasks

  • Naturally positive and friendly, can present a warm and welcoming feeling for guests and understand the reason for their visit
  • Actively listens and uses different methods of communication to inform, generate ideas and influence opinion within the scope of the role
  • Works continuously to improve services and work processes to exceed customer expectations whilst building relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Is able to pick up on verbal and nonverbal visitor reactions and responses
  • Has the competence and enthusiasm to learn about Audi product
  • Is motivated by the experience of meeting new people and likes to interact with people

  • Takes full responsibility to develop own operational experience and is considered competent in area of expertise. Is flexible, committed and shows integrity
  • Can be a city guide (customers will enter the showroom to ask for assistance, directions, etc.)
