Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 dependent on experience
Contract: Full Time and Permanent
Hours: 40 hour per week from Monday - Friday

What is a Talent Attraction Partner?

The Talent Attraction Partner will be supporting the Reed Talent Solutions business by providing an innovative insight into talent attraction methodology. This role requires excellent commercial knowledge and awareness and will play a key part in ensuring that the teams are equipped with the best tools, processes and resources to attract the best candidates for their clients. The Talent Attraction Partner will be responsible for identifying and delivering original, intelligent and tailored attraction campaigns for our clients using a variety of revolutionary sourcing methods.

Who are we looking for in a Talent Attraction Partner?

This role requires a subject matter expert on brand strategy and you must be able to provide vital input on employer branding, social marketing, digital marketing, candidate experience, advertising and branding campaigns. We are ideally looking for someone with previous experience of attraction and branding within recruitment.
