Title: Attraction and Engagement Partner
We are seeking an individual with loads of energy and who will enjoy a fast paced manufacturing environment. Reporting into the Head of Attraction and Engagement your resilience, excellent influencing and communication skills will support you working cross functionally with key stakeholders, whilst proactively supporting the Senior HR team with a wide range of attraction and engagement initiatives.
Championing our attraction methods and processes, you will work collaboratively with all heads of departments and our HR teams, in person and through the utilisation of technology. Your drive, determination and coaching approach will support you building strong relationships and facilitating a consistent recruitment and onboarding process that will ensure our candidate experience is always a positive one.
Equally you will develop strong relationships with our preferred suppliers list, setting up service level agreements, sharing our recruitment needs and monitoring delivery as well as working with our recruitment partner to ensure our talent management system is supporting our recruitment needs on going. In addition you will continue to grow our social media platform to maximize and develop our own networking. Your strong analytical skills will help you to continually evaluate our success and any missed opportunities, ensuring we continue to provide the most effective route to market, and retain a healthy talent bank.
You will be highly organized and enjoy prioritising a varied workload, whilst participating in projects, to deliver new initiatives that will continually enhance our employer brand and be the envy of our talent pipe line.
Additional role responsibilities include:
Working collaboratively with Hiring Managers and HR, creating role profiles for all roles
Help to conduct a review of the testing process, consider alternative solutions and develop sifting / shortlisting criteria for all roles in line with essential and desirable criteria
Responsible for data capture, reporting and insight, sharing vacancy information, hiring information, gaps, costs, trends, that will support on going decisions
Support with diversity activity, proactively creating methods and processes that insures the inclusion of a diverse talent pipeline
A Brand Ambassador, attending recruitment events and other attraction and engagement activities
Support with employee survey activity
What we’re looking for:
Knowledge of core HR recruitment processes / understanding of methods and available tools
Experience of working with a complex and a diverse workforce (blue and white collar)
Experience of project management and delivery
Familiarity with reporting methods and interrogation of data
Use I.T. Systems
Knowledge of reviewing and developing role profiles
Knowledge of writing vacancy adverts
Knowledge of recruitment legal requirements
Coaching and mentoring skills
Ability to drive and influence Compliance / best practice
Ability to challenge the status quo and measure processes to deliver consistencies
Collaborative communication style that builds positive relationships with key stakeholders in multiple locations at different levels
Ability to review and improve systems alongside the HR Leaders and wider Leadership Teams and their subordinates
Ability to understand commercial implications of decisions and activity as they impact all sites and the Group
Strong team working ethic
Competent IT user including, Excel. Networx, SAP and Resource Link, desirable.
Full driving license and the flexibility to travel to sites, staying away from home as required.
