ATM - Adult Social Care Team | £34 - £38 P/H | Berkshire
We are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and adaptable individual who is passionate about providing excellent social support and the delivery of clean safe care.
This is a temporary position, with the possibility of an ongoing contract subject to your performance, making this a particularly exciting opportunity for applicants.
An Assistant Team manager is required for the Adult Locality Team in Berkshire. This role requires that you be able to act as a Safeguarding Adults Manager.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Providing 1:1 supervision to a team of assistant and qualified social workers
- Acting up for the team manager
- Monitoring of team performance meeting key targets will also be an important part of this role
- Authorising expenditures against the adult services budget ensuring duties are met to provide information and advice, preventative services and cost effective services
